Can I get a refund, exchange or upgrade after buying a subscription?

Because we offer a free period for you to try Tidy software before you buy, we will not refund any unused monthly or annual payments once you commit to a monthly or annual subscription.

If youre still not sure that Tidy is the right software for your business after your trial, we recommend that you sign up for a monthly subscription to start with and then convert this to an annual subscription when youre absolutely sure. You can convert from a monthly to an annual subscription at any time.
