Bulk import of users
Go to GLOBAL SETTINGS > USERS > Import/Export.
Click on the Template CSV file with column headers here link.
Add or copy your data into the spreadsheet. Note: only mandatory fields identified (with reqd in a template heading) need to include data, the rest can remain blank if the information is not available or required.
User Headings
The User Import/Export template provides the following columns in the CSV file:

Department | Required. Must be a valid Department name as it appears in the Departments list |
Contact Email | Required |
Authentication Provider | Required. Can be any of the following values: Google, Yahoo, WindowsLiveId, Facebook, Microsoft ActiveDirectory |
Authentication ID | Login email. Required |
Role Fields | These fields have valid values of Yes or blank. For the Time Writer column, the value must be Yes. The roles and permissions that can be set are: Resource Administrator, System Administrator, Invoicer, Reporter |
After the spreadsheet has been completed and saved, click Choose File, browse to the template file you have created. Click Import Users to import the file.
If there are any file format or data errors (such as blank rows in a reqd column), a list of errors will be shown, identifying each error row by the spreadsheets row number. Correct errors as necessary and repeat the import step. When the import finishes, you will be notified that the import was a success. To view all users GLOBAL SETTINGS > Users.
To export users, click GLOBAL SETTINGS > Import/Export > USERS > Export All User Records.
